These terms govern access to InCurva. By using the service, users agree to follow them and use its features lawfully.
Service and identity
InCurva is an app edited by Lenergy Smart SAS. Enerblade is the licensee. The service connects supporters, clubs, and authorised content on the Web and Android.
Account and access
Public parts can be explored without an account. Users are responsible for information they submit, keeping their access methods confidential, and activity performed through their session. Google sign-in is optional and can be replaced by email access when available.
Acceptable use
Users must not compromise the service, bypass controls, impersonate others, publish unlawful or harmful content, collect another person’s data without a right to do so, or fraudulently misuse games, points, offers, and Drops. Game features are not betting; points have no monetary value and are not transferable.
Content and contributions
Club and partner content remains attributed to its respective owner. Users must hold the rights and consents required for every memory or contribution they submit. InCurva may moderate, refuse, or remove content that breaches these terms, another person’s rights, or the law.
Pilot and availability
The currently published version is a demonstration pilot: test content does not represent real commercial offers or results. Features may evolve, be corrected, or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security. The date above identifies the published version of these terms.
Data, security, and deletion
Data use is described on the Privacy page. Users can manage their choices, export data, and request deletion from the app or public Web page. Deletion revokes sessions and removes or dissociates unnecessary personal data, subject only to the limited retention described in the privacy information.
Suspension and ending use
Users may stop using InCurva at any time. An account may be limited or suspended to protect the service and other users in the event of a breach, fraud, or security risk, with review available through the publisher contact.
